Transcending Difficult People in Life
An overview of strategies on how to deal with that “difficult person” in your life -- the one who pushes your buttons, who “just doesn’t get it,” the one who did you wrong. What do you do, how do you cope, how do you stop getting so frustrated (and actually be able to have a conversation)?! This talk is based on the Zen philosophy in Dr. Karly Way’s book, Bridges: Making Meaningful Connections.
